Send the new member a welcome email with their payment options. Two membership tiers are available:
| Plan | Amount | Stripe Link |

30-Min Onboarding Call
This is the heart of the onboarding experience. Walk the member through everything they need to feel welcome, oriented, and accountable from day one.
1 Introduce Yourself
- Warmly introduce yourself and set the tone for the call.
2 Walk Through Notion (Screen Share)
- Share your screen and guide them through the Notion workspace.
- Show where recordings, resources, and frameworks live.
- All call recordings are saved in Notion — they can catch up anytime if they miss a session.
3 Explain the Weekly Calls
- Tuesday — Wholesaling Accountability Calls
- Wednesday — Club Calls: Discussion-based sessions focused on gaining clarity about the life we want, using frameworks for more strategic, intentional decisions.
- Thursday — Constraint Calls
- All recordings are in Notion — no pressure if they miss a session.
- Weekly newsletters land in their inbox summarizing the main takeaways of each call.
4 Member Directory — Fill Out the Form Together
- Walk them through the bio form during the call — share screen or send the link in chat.
- Form: forms.gle/Dm6FzA6cqYt11U3D9
5 Confirm Calendar Invites
- Verify they received the calendar invites for weekly calls and upcoming events.
- Remind them of specific upcoming event dates.
6 Introduce the 1-on-1 Call with Paul
- Once they've explored Notion and feel settled, encourage them to book a 1-hour call with Paul.
- Paul's Calendly: calendly.com/paulsparks
- This call is key — it helps us understand their business and goals, and allows Paul to make strategic connections with other members for mutual benefit.
7 Facebook Group Intro Post
- Ask them to write and post a short intro in the Facebook Group.
- They should share a bit about themselves and include a candid photo so the team can put a face to the name.
8 Explain the Endorsement Process
- The Club is built on collaborative and genuine connections. To remain a member, each new member must be endorsed by 2 existing members.
- During the first 30 days: join calls, interact, and get to know other members — then ask for the endorsement.
- What we look for: participation, collaboration, and engagement.
- If there is no endorsement within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the membership.
9 Close the Call
- Let them know you'll send a recap email with all the info covered.
- Use a warm, personalized closing — e.g., "[Name], I really appreciate you taking the time for this call. I hope you have a great rest of your day!"
Recap Email + Next Steps
This email should feel warm and helpful — a friendly summary of everything covered on the call, with clear next steps.
What to Include
- Personalized thank-you message.
- Bio Form / Member Directory: forms.gle/Dm6FzA6cqYt11U3D9
- Confirm Notion invite was sent — ask them to reach out if they have trouble accessing it.
- Paul's Calendly for their 1-on-1 when ready: calendly.com/paulsparks
- Friendly reminders:
- Accept calendar invites for weekly calls and upcoming events.
- Post a quick intro in the Facebook Group with a candid photo.
- Remember: this is an endorsement-based membership. Join calls, get to know our members, and ask for your endorsement to keep being part of the team.
Website Feature Outreach
Send an email inviting them to be featured on The Club website — a great value-add for the member and powerful social proof for The Club.
What to Do
- Invite them to book a 30-min call with Paulina to share their story, business journey, and what makes them who they are.
- Booking link: calendly.com/paulina-bunnyhillproperties/30min
- Paulina will turn the conversation into a member article featured on the website.
- Ask them to send candid photos that represent them and their world.
Monthly Check-Ins (Non-Show Members)
If a member who previously attended goes quiet, reach out with a warm, personal check-in — not a nudge, but a genuine "hey, how are you?" moment. Always adjust the template to fit the person.
[ Placeholder — paste your check-in email template here. Adjust tone and details as needed for each member. ]
